Hours & Holidays

Lease Holidays will be the following nationally recognized days:

  • New Year's Day
  • Presidents' Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

In addition to recognized Lease Holidays, the Property Management Office is also closed on Martin Luther King, Jr.’s Birthday and the Friday following Thanksgiving. Usual building services are provided on these additional days pursuant to your Lease.
