HVAC is available outside regular operating hours at an additional charge in accordance with the terms of your Lease, with a two hour minimum charge (please contact the Property Management Office for the specific amount).

To request after-hours HVAC, please provide to the Property Management Office a signed After-Hours HVAC Request Form, signed by the Tenant Contact, by 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday for weeknight usage, and 3:00 p.m., Friday for weekend usage.

We also request that if you will not need HVAC during the hours it is normally provided on Saturdays, you please let us know and help us to conserve energy in the building.
