Telephone installation and servicing must be coordinated between the Tenant and the telephone company of their choice. Landlord will approve where and how all telecommunication cabling (including, but not limited to telephone wires, computer cables, cable television and fiber optic cabling) are to be introduced to the Premises. No boring or cutting for wires will be allowed without the consent of Landlord. Location of telephone, call boxes, and other office equipment affixed to the Premises shall be subject to the approval of Landlord.

Prior to commencing work, please contact the Property Management Office for specific details and approval. No access to telephone or electrical rooms will be provided unless first coordinated in advance with the Property Management Office and a Certificate of Insurance has been provided by the vendor that meets our specific requirements.
