Tenant Service Requests can be submitted on our online work order system during the hours of 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturdays, by clicking here. After-hours HVAC requests must still be submitted to the Property Management Office Monday through Friday by 5:00 p.m. as usual, and will not be programmed via online work order system requests.

Emergency after-hours requests may be made by calling Security at (818) 262-9318. Non-emergency after-hour requests will not be seen on the work order system outside the stated hours, and will be subject to a 4-hour minimum charge at the Engineering overtime rate if called into Security.
